Purpose Strength Model® was created as a result of the Measuring Purpose Strength R+D project which surveyed 1500 employees and 350 managers from 20 companies in 4 different countries. The model aims to delve into how organizations develop a strong sense of purpose and establish an international standard measurement program in this field of knowledge. The measurement model has been developed by professors Alvaro Lleó (Tecnun). Carlos Rey (UIC) and Nuria Chinchilla (lESE) with the support and collaboration of the Chair of Mission Management of UIC Barcelona, the company DPMC and Corporate Excellence – Centre.far Reputation Leadership.

What do we offer?

Through this model, we offer a complete evaluation and a diagnostic report to initiate a process of transformation towards an organization with a strong sense of purpose.

IMPLEMENTATION METHOD:

We take the organization’s pulse by surveyingby surveying managers and workers, ensuring that their responses remain anonymous and confidential.

We diagnose the extent to which employees have internalized the company’s purposecomparing the information coming from managers and employees and seeing how it matches up with similar companies.

We design a customized action plan to start a process to transform your company into a purpose-driven organization.
